Sweet Home OBA is a beautiful 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo with beautiful views of the white sandy beach from the private balcony, accessible from both the living room and master bedroom. This unit is in the most beach front building in the Seaside Beach & Racquet complex.
Chairs with cushions and umbrellas are available to rent on the beach during the busy season. If you need a break from the beach, there are 3 pools to enjoy including 1 indoor pool(heated). There are tennis and pickle ball courts, a fitness room, and a steam room. Also, a public grilling area is just a short walk from the condo.
There is a king size bed in the master, a queen bed and bunkbeds in the 2nd bedroom, and a pull-out sleeper sofa (best suited for kids) in the living room.
The kitchen is fully stocked with the essentials to enjoy your stay including a regular coffee pot and Keurig.
When you are ready to eat or play you are close to everything from grocery stores, to marinas and lots of family fun spots. Alabama's best coastal restaurants are just a short drive in any direction. Come stay with us not only in the summer but for events like The Shrimp Festival in October, The Mullet Toss in April at the Florabama or see some of the biggest names in music at The Wharf Amphitheater. Adventure Island is located directly across the street where you can enjoy putt putt, go-carts, and tons of arcade games. There are so many reasons to visit us here at Seaside in Orange Beach and many times of the year to do it. No trailers, boats, buses, or jet skis are allowed in the parking lot.

We loved this condo so much! It's the best place for families and we cannot wait to come back. Flip Flop Vacations is so nice! They're a great company and we loved the fact that they leave a binder with wifi information, how to work the tv's, and places to eat and things to do. Life is better in flip flops!

The condo is beautifully decorated! SUPER CLEAN! It has everything you need and comfy beds.. the kids loved the bunk bed room and it was so cute. We loved the fact that it's a family friendly complex and it's right smack in the middle of everything in Orange Beach, perfect place and perfect condo.
