The Villages of Mariner Lakes located in the heart of Orange Beach could be your next beach getaway.
Located just a short walk across the road from the beautiful sugar white sand beaches of Orange Beach, Alabama, this 2 bedroom / 2-1/2 bath villa retreat is a quiet escape from the congested high rise condos along the beach. This is a gated community in a more established beach town neighborhood, perfect for riding your bikes or taking a quiet walk. There is a community pool along with a tennis court and basketball court as well as a backyard that has room for the kids to run around.
Inside, enjoy the comfortable den with dining area and additional seating at the kitchen bar. The well-equipped kitchen has an open concept so that family and friends can enjoy conversation, watch tv or play games, while the chefs in the group prepare the evening meal. The high ceilings make the unit open and airy and give it the feeling of a villa or lodge. Step out onto the back screened in porch and enjoy the quiet backyard from your adirondack chairs. You can head upstairs to the 2 bedrooms, one furnished with a king bed and ensuite bath while the other has 2 twin beds and a shared hallway bath. There is a half bath on the main level which is convenient throughout the day and for the person sleeping on the pullout sofa overnight.
When you are ready for the sun and sand you can choose to walk from your unit across the street to the deeded beach access OR you can drive and park in one of eight dedicated parking spaces located on Loop Road between Walmart and Cactus Catina (spaces are first come first served). There is a cross walk here at the light that takes you across Perdido Beach Boulevard and to the boardwalk and private beach entrance that is for you, our Mariner Lakes guests. There is plenty of beach here for you and your group to spread out and enjoy all that is here at one of Alabama's top beaches. Once you get here you may not leave. Watch an incredible sunrise as you walk along the shoreline or come back out to the beach after an early dinner and watch a colorful sunset. After all, the beach is why you came here to begin with so make sure you check all the boxes!
When you are ready to venture out, you are close to everything from grocery stores to marinas and lots of family fun spots. Alabama's best coastal restaurants are just a short drive in any direction. Come stay with us not only in the summer but for events like The Shrimp Festival in October, The Mullet Toss in April or see some of the biggest names in music at The Wharf Amphitheater. There are so many reasons to visit Orange Beach. So many times of the year.

We enjoyed the property. It was good as a last minute getaway. Having reserved parking available to walk across the highway to the beach was convenient. The neighborhood is convenient to so much.
