Welcome to The Beach Club and Unit D206!
This wonderful unit has incredible views of the gulf, the white sand beaches, and your oasis pool.  
You will love the convenience of this 2nd floor unit and the view from your den and balcony.  This 3 bedroom and 2-1/2 bath condo is both roomy and relaxing.  A large King suite with private bath has its own door out to the balcony. The second bedroom with queen bed is just across the hall from the 2nd full bath and the third bedroom with full bed is across the hall from the shared 1/2 bath.  There is space for everyone in your family or group to have privacy when you are ready to get that deep vacation sleep. For a larger group, the person that draws the short straw can sleep on the private pullout sofa in the den allowing you to sleep a total of 8.  You will enjoy the open concept fully stocked kitchen that should have everything you need while you make this your home away from home.  Out on the balcony there is ample seating for everyone as you look out over the commons area with your pool just to your right and the gorgeous Alabama beaches straight in front of you.
The Beach Club has that resort feel from the time you enter the private secured entrance until you sit by the pool or under your beach umbrella.  There are four separate condominium buildings here and yours is located in Doral "D". Each building has its own pool and hot tub that are included in your stay. Before June 1st, 2023, parking for two cars was provided at no additional cost. However, starting June 1st, 2023, the HOA will be charging $40 per vehicle for parking and all vehicles in your party must be registered to park at Beach Club. To ensure a hassle-free arrival, kindly register your vehicles with Flip Flop Vacations so that we can register them with the Beach Club. Per the HOA, you will not be allowed past the guard shack if your vehicle is not registered.  
Enjoy one of 3 restaurants on the grounds or coordinate your schedule to the Village Lawn where Food Trucks frequent in the busy season.  For an additional fee, you have access to the larger Resort Pool and Bar, tennis courts, game room, fitness center, Spa & Salon and even more.  . There is a playground inside the gates as well as a hiking trail and a fantastic sidewalk between the resort and the beach that allows you to quickly go from one building to the next with little effort.  There are multiple boardwalks that actually take you out to the beach where you will finally have time to enjoy the BEACH, the WATER and the TRANQuility that you hoped for when you made your plans to come here.
