Parks Edge - 25 - Sandpiper Cottage

Welcome to Sandpiper Cottage in Parks Edge!
This beautiful home is located along the brick paved streets of Parks Edge in Orange Beach, Alabama.  Tannin is a quaint neighborhood of beach homes and cottages located just across the street from the sugar white sand dunes and beaches of the beautiful Alabama coast. Nestled in the back of this neighborhood, Sandpiper Cottage has everything you and your family need for your beach getaway.  For those nights you want to stay in and eat, the owners have a fully stocked kitchen to make your meal prep easy.  For privacy, the master suite is located on the main floor. The master bath has a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub as well as a private water closet.  Upstairs, one bedroom has a King bed and there are twin bunks with a trundle in the other bedroom with the bathroom located conveniently in between.  A nice feature is that this bathroom has a sink located at each end. There is also a sleeper sofa in the den downstairs so you have plenty of room for your family to relax after a day in the sun. 
Speaking of a day in the sun, the beach is just a short walk away.  It is only a 5-minute walk to the main entrance of Tannin and then across the street to the deeded beach access.  Consider renting a golf cart (delivered from 1 of several local companies) if you wish to make the trip a little easier and faster. You certainly want to spend much of your time in the sun, at the beach and in the water.
When you are tired of the sand, there is a pool just across the street.
