The owners reimagined what a beach home could become and created "No Worries."  Their journey started at America's premiere Golf Resort on the Gulf Coast, Kiva Dunes.  They transform a modest cottage just off the beach into a magnificent retreat that feels so luxurious that you will forget you came to the beach to spend time outside!  Two King Master Suites with private baths complimented by a spacious, light filled second floor Queen bedroom and another second floor bedroom featuring two bunk beds a Twin/Full and a Twin/Twin.  A TV/Game Room converts into a 5th Queen bedroom as a sleeper sectional.  Screened in decks and covered porches accessorize this charming display of Southern Coastal Architecture.
Located in the gated community of Kiva Dunes, you will enjoy the amenities of a resort all while enjoying the comforts of your very own private home.  A free 8 passenger golf cart shuttle is a phone call away to pick you up at the house and take you to wherever you want to go to relax or play on property.  There are 3 pools and 2 beach access points to choose from.  The more private Blue Heron Pool is a short walk from your front porch and the West Boardwalk Beach Access is an easy walk from either the house or the Blue Heron Pool.  The owners wanted you to have full access so you will also be entitled to use of the Kiva Beach Club pool and grill & bar that you can reach by either shuttle or by car.  Enjoy tennis by the Osprey Pool or play 18 holes at the incredible and challenging Kiva Dunes Golf Course.  When you leave the property there are restaurants close by including Sassy Bass, Tacky Jacks and Jesse's (coming Fall 2022).  You can drive 15 minutes into town for the hustle and bustle if you want but when you think about it....  All you really need is right here!
