This Luxury Villa with 5 bedrooms and 5 Full Baths was custom designed with you and your family in mind.
So much room to spread out and yet with all the accommodations to come together for a family meal or a fun vacation game night.  It has a private, tropical Oasis backyard with magnificent palm trees, a refreshing pool (seasonally heated March-November as needed $20/day.  Pool heater may not be available Dec-Feb depending on minimum temperatures), and an outdoor dining space with a grill.  You are just 2 blocks from a deeded beach access point, so getting to and from the beach everyday is a breeze.  Come and experience all that your Seaside Oasis has to offer!

Kitchen and Dining
This home has all you need for a relaxing vacation:  a large gourmet kitchen fully stocked; high-end stainless steel appliances; a large granite countertop island that seats 6 and a dining room table with 8 chairs and a bench so that everyone can sit down in one space and enjoy a home-cooked meal together.

Living Area
The main living area includes a large sectional couch with a 65" smart TV and plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy some time out of the sun.

Bed & Bath
Seaside Oasis SLEEPS 15 people and each room has an adjoining bath.  There are 3 King Suites, a Double Queen Suite and a Double Bunk Bed Suite (both twin over twin) plus an extra Trundle Bed.  A Baby Bed is also available on the property.  There is a smart TV in every bedroom so everyone can go to their own space when they are ready for bed or just need some downtime.  
Every bathroom has its own charm including the primary ensuite bath with a jetted tub, a walk-in shower, and his and hers closets.  An addtional bath also has a walk-in shower while each of the other 3 full bathrooms have a shower/tub combination.
